Note: Certified Used sets have been disassembled and inventoried for all parts, minifigures, and instruction manuals, and placed into a sealed box (rather than built). It is just like new (but not fresh from the factory)! If you discover that a Certified Used set is missing pieces or other items, please contact us. Otherwise, Certified Used sets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Are all of your products listed on your website?
No - our website only contains a (small) selection of our products. Most of our new sets are listed, but we do not list all of our used sets or minifigures online - so we have plenty more in the store! We are located at 3040 NE Sandy Boulevard in Portland, Oregon.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! You can purchase items online and select "in-store pickup" to pick up the item at our store (at no additional cost).
