Refund policy

You may return new (unopened and undamaged) items for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Otherwise, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other items (e.g. open box, certified, used, minifigures, etc.). 

To return an item, please contact us to request a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will verify its condition, and refund the purchase price (less the cost of return shipping) to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to to processed.

If your item was damaged in shipping, please contact the carrier for resolution.
