Birthday Party! (Deposit)

Bricks & Minifigs Portland is your headquarters for the best LEGO® birthday parties! 

Everyone loves LEGO and everyone loves birthdays - so we combined them to create the best kid's birthday party ever! Come celebrate your birthday with us (and LEGO, of course!) at Bricks & Minifgs Portland! Just bring the kids and we will do the rest! 

90-Minute Birthday Celebration Package:

- $200 (with $75 non-refundable deposit due at time of online booking)

- 90-minute party (plus 10-15 minutes on each end for setup and cleanup)

- Up to 10 kids (plus up to 4 supervisory parents/adults)

- Dedicated host to entertain you and guide your event

- Birthday child gets to choose a FREE small ($6) used set!

- Super-fun activities, including:

     - LEGO free build and play (we will provide an assortment of LEGO pieces, a creative build station, and a race car track)

     - guided LEGO-themed activities (e.g. LEGO scavenger hunt, LEGO mosaic art, LEGO Bingo, etc.)

     - "Build Your Own" minifigure - each participant gets to keep one!

Additionally, we offer a variety of add-ons for your party. You can discuss and select these during your pre-party consultation with our Events Manager. 

Available Days and Times: Saturdays and Sundays at 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Rules:

- Everyone must have fun!

- All participants must be at least 5 years old

- No open cups

- all drinks must be boxed, pouched, or bottled

- No alcohol

- No outside decorations (other than balloons and small decorations for the tables) - we will provide LEGO-themed decorations (including the birthday child's name on the wall in LEGO bricks!)

Optional Add-Ons:

- $10 - Upgrade the birthday child's FREE gift to their choice of any used set up to $15!

- $20 - Upgrade the birthday child's FREE gift to their choice of any minifigure in our case up to $25!

- $30 - YOU get another minifig! YOU get another minifig! EVERYONE gets another minifig! (All participants get to choose a minifigure from our ball bin!)

- $50 - Each participant gets a LEGO polybag (either City, Friends, or Ninjago - depending on availability).

*You can select (and pay for) any add-ons on the day of the party or during your pre-party consultation with our Events Manager.

To schedule your party, just select your chosen date, add the non-refundable deposit ($75) to your cart, and proceed to checkout to confirm your date. You will receive an email confirmation and we will follow up with you to discuss any other details. The remaining balance ($125) must be paid (online or in-store) before the party.

We recommend party guests to be at least age 5 or older. Here are some Bricks & Minifigs party FAQ's:

Are kid participants capped to 10? It may be possible we have 11-12 total kid guests depending on RSVP. 

The event space can accommodate a total of 15 guests, but as long as your party is comfortable with the possibility of getting a bit crowded during the excitement, 1-2 extra participating kids is doable for an additional charge of $15 per extra kid (beyond the 10 included with the base price). 

I think most parents would feel comfortable having at least one parent around to supervise and step in in case any issues arise. Have you accommodated or dealt with this in the past?

In this case we usually will leave the doors to the event space open so chaperones needing a break from party excitement can hang out and peruse our store, which is quite large. We have a small seating area on the sales floor as well. There is no additional charge for extra grown-ups, siblings, or kids under 5. It’s always our goal to welcome all kids, friends and family to play and create memories with LEGO®!
