Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery 

Orders (usually) ship within 1-2 business days of payment and are (usually) delivered within 3-5 business days of shipping (but we are a small business and cannot guarantee delivery dates). Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 business days of your purchase. 

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS (and possibly other carriers, depending on rates and availability). We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the item is delivered to the carrier. Please see carrier terms on their respective websites for more information.

Shipping Rates

Your shipping cost will be provided on the checkout page. Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight and your shipping destination. We do not offer any type of expedited shipping. 

Tracking

We will provide tracking information if it is available from the carrier. 

Out of Stock Items

In addition to our online store, we also operate a "brick-and-mortar" store in Portland, Oregon. As a result, occasionally you might purchase an item that is also purchased by another customer in our store. If this happens, we will contact you and either replace the item or refund you the cost of the item (plus any change in shipping). 

Used Sets

Used sets are broken down into chunks in order to minimize shipping costs. Additional separate of pieces might occur during shipping. In other words, when you receive your item, it will not be "built" (as it appeared in the picture).
