This day camp is your kid’s all-access pass to Portland’s favorite neighborhood plastic brick store!
Explore: Motors. Roleplay. Racing. Crafts. Movie-making. With LEGO®, anything becomes accessible- and we’ve got a LOT of LEGO! All of our activities are LEGO-powered; make moving models with motors, build and race on our LEGO derby car track, make a movie in our stop-motion studio, create arts and crafts, from buttons and stamps to mosaics and prints- all made with LEGO. Kids will choose which activities to do and for how long- at Bricks & Minifigs Portland, kids can custom build their own experience.
Guest Instructors: Learn the art of LEGO stop-motion from a professional animator or build characters and creatures from beyond the multiverse with our resident BIONICLE expert. Each week will feature a rotating lineup of LEGO experts.
Free Play: Kids will be encouraged to build alongside each other and collaborate together. This will be the perfect time for role-play, photo-ops, and packing up all the goodies they will be able to take home with them.
Library Corner: Quiet, creative space provided for journaling, reading, board games, and drawing. Kids can also choose from a curated selection of G and PG rated Kid’s Classics on DVD, Blu-Ray, or VHS for casual viewing.

This Summer, we are giving kids what they need — freedom and space to build and create. At Bricks & Minifigs, kids will choose which activities to do, what games to play, and what LEGO worlds to explore. Each day of enrollment comes with the following materials, along with a custom Bricks & Minifigs Tote Bag:
$15 in store credit
3 Build-Your-Own LEGO Minifigures + Accessories
1 Small Tub of Choose-Your-Own Bulk LEGO elements
1 “Project of the Day” Model (per day)
Additionally, children should come to each day of the program with the following:
Substantial sack lunch
Water bottle - at least 16 oz
Comfortable backpack to hold snacks, lunch, a water bottle and extra layers
Close-toed shoes
Medications (if needed. Please be aware our staff is not certified to administer)

Are all of your products listed on your website?
No - our website only contains a (small) selection of our products. Most of our new sets are listed, but we do not list all of our used sets or minifigures online - so we have plenty more in the store! We are located at 3040 NE Sandy Boulevard in Portland, Oregon.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! You can purchase items online and select "in-store pickup" to pick up the item at our store (at no additional cost).
